The conference will take place at the Faculty of Physics of the University of Vienna, Boltzmanngasse 5, 1090 Wien (barrier-free access), main entrance from Strudlhofgasse 4.

All participants please report at the registration desk before visiting any session. You will receive your name badge, conference program, further documents, and can pay the conference fee.

Important: Without badge, entry to the lecture rooms will be refused.

All rooms are equipped with projectors for computer, overhead projectors for transparencies and blackboards. Please bring your own laptop and adapter.

The Poster Session will take place in the afternoons of Tuesday and Wednesday. Please bring your own fixing material (adhesive tape). The poster boards are numbered according to the program, so every participant will find their board easily. All posters are expected to be on display only on the assigned day. Maximum poster size: A0 portrait (841 x 1149 mm).

We ask you to pay the conference fees in advance. This way you shorten the waiting time at the registration desk, facilitate our work and even save money!

Payment details are shown during the online registration process. At the registration desk you can only pay cash (EUR). We unfortunately do not accept any credit cards.

ATTENTION: Fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Coffee Breaks

The coffee breaks will take place in the Ernst-Mach- Hörsaal on the second floor of the Faculty of Physics. The conference fee will cover coffee breaks and the refreshments during the poster sessions. The restaurants in the nearby city are at your disposal for lunch.

The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday after the poster session is finished. The fee is EUR 55 per person (meal and drinks). Accompanying persons are welcome. Please register in advance so we can plan accordingly. Registration for the conference dinner on site is not possible!
